The Hall
The village hall is owned in trust by the village club and comprises:
- The main hall measuring 11m x 8m
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Committee room
- Overhead projector and screen
- PR / music system
- Garden including a boules piste
- Electric lift for disabled access to the Garden and Hall
- Male, female & disabled toilets
Hall Capacity
- Standing – 150 people
- Seated –
- 80 people with tables and chairs
- 100 people seated
- Committee Room – up to 12 people seated
- The kitchen measures 4.5m x 3.0m plus a corner recess
Hall Use
The hall is used for village events and may be hired by third parties for a range of events, for example:
- Family parties
- Children’s birthday parties
- Music
- Indoor games
- Meetings
- Local organisations
- Special interest groups
- Scouts and Guides
- Wedding receptions
- Bridal or baby showers
- Exercise classes
- Workshops
It is also used as a polling station.
